Tomar Cheese


It’s a cheese with Rabaçal resemblance, however it’s eaten fresh. Fresh, or green little cheese you find all around the country intends to be a replica of this cheese.
They may also be consumed completely cured, with the paste solidified. Therefore you plunge them in olive oil where they get a peculiar flavour.
