Brie Cheese

It’s on of the most qualified cheese in the world. Talleyrand called it "The King of cheese". Made from cow milk its origin is in Meaux.
Protected by a thin rind, slightly red, it has a soft mass with a refined flavour.
Its best reason from October to April.
